VERSION 3.1 · REFINED BODY EXPLORER
Search, select and review anatomy-linked records
Use the movable 3D model or the simplified 2D map. Both are generic educational guides; highlights indicate linked information, not the condition of a body part.
INTERACTIVE ANATOMY
3D body explorer
No structure selected.
The 2D map contains representative structures for quicker touch selection. Use Search or Structure to access the complete anatomy list.
SELECT A STRUCTURE
Body-system information
Tap the model, use the 2D map, search, or choose a structure. Related measurements, source records and encrypted personal notes will appear here.
VERSION 3.1 · TRANSPARENT CALCULATIONS
Measurement trends
Explore recorded values, aggregation, numerical direction and data limitations without diagnostic scoring.
View values used in this chart
MYHEALTH LABORATORY
Laboratory trends
Source ranges, flags and changes in range or unit are retained as context.

HOW VERSION 3.1 WORKS
Calculation method and limits
Numerical direction does not automatically mean improvement or deterioration. Device estimates, measurement conditions, laboratory methods and reference ranges can change over time.
VERSION 3.1 · RECORDS & LABORATORY REVIEW
Search, organise and annotate your health history
Original imported values remain unchanged. Favourites, private notes and correction annotations are encrypted inside the local vault.
PRIVATE HEALTH SUMMARY
Create a focused, readable summary
Select only what you need. Previewing is local. Printing or downloading creates an unencrypted document that must be protected.
No readable summary has been generated in this session.
SEARCHABLE HISTORY
Records
Filter by source category, body system, review state or source flag. Select records for a focused local CSV export.
LABORATORY COMPARISON
Compare two recorded results
The comparison uses original imported numerical values. Any correction annotation is displayed separately and never replaces the source result.
VERSION 3.1 · LOCAL MANUAL TRACKING
Record new measurements efficiently
Quick entry, editing, paired blood-pressure records and CSV import all run inside the encrypted local vault.
QUICK ENTRY

LOCAL BATCH ENTRY
Import a small CSV
The file is parsed locally and is not uploaded. Review the preview before saving.
No CSV selected.
Recommended columns: metric, label, value, unit, date, source, quality, notes, conditions. CSV imports become manual records and can be edited or deleted afterwards.
VERSION 3.1 · TRAINING CALENDAR
A simple daily record with optional session detail
Select one or more categories for each date. Duration and intensity are optional and can be added separately for Cardio, Resistance and Other.
DAILY ENTRY
Record training
There is one entry per date. Saving an existing date updates that day. Optional minutes and intensity do not affect medical or recovery assessments.

LOCAL TRAINING IMPORT
CSV import and export
CSV files are processed locally. Existing dates are clearly identified before an import replaces those daily entries.
No training CSV selected.
VERSION 2 TRAINING MODEL
Current log remains separate from historical workouts
Version 2.0 removed imported workouts and previous detailed training modules. Version 3.1 expands only the new daily log. A pre-Version-2 encrypted backup remains the recovery copy for older information.
VERSION 3.1 · MATURE LOCAL RELEASE
Privacy, accessibility and recovery controls
Version 3.1 consolidates the existing health record, Body Explorer, Trends, Records, manual entry and Training log. It does not restore the retired Journal, Visits or Meds modules.
VERSION 3.1 · INCREMENTAL DATA
Update Apple Health locally
Select a newer Apple Health export.zip or extracted export.xml. The file is read on this device. Only supported measurements newer than the stored daily data or not already present are proposed.
No pending Apple Health update.
Large exports can take several minutes to scan on an iPhone. Keep Health Atlas open and connected to power. The importer ignores historical Apple Health workouts so the simplified Training log remains separate.
MYHEALTH UPDATES
Register documents and add structured records
PDF registration stores only filename, size and SHA-256 fingerprint—not the document contents. Structured CSV updates can add laboratory, imaging or immunisation records after local preview.
Register source PDFs
Structured CSV update
No pending structured update.
ENCRYPTED PROVENANCE
Incremental import history
Import history is stored inside the encrypted vault. It records source files, dates and counts without changing original imported records.
APPEARANCE & ACCESSIBILITY
Adjust the interface on this device
These preferences contain no health information and are stored outside the encrypted vault.
VERSION 3.1 · STABILITY AUDIT
Data quality
SYSTEM INTEGRITY
Local vault and migration checks
Checks the encrypted vault, Version 2 reset, record identifiers, training structure and source metadata without transmitting data.
MANUAL DATA
Exact duplicate review
Only measurements matching on metric, date, value, unit, source, quality, conditions and notes are treated as exact duplicates.
VAULT
Local protection
Clearing Safari website data or removing this site’s stored data can erase the local vault. Create an encrypted backup first.
PASSPHRASE
Change vault passphrase
The vault is decrypted and re-encrypted locally with a new salt. Existing backups keep their previous passphrase.
Create and verify a new encrypted backup immediately after changing the passphrase.
NETWORK POLICY
Offline by design
- Content Security Policy blocks programmatic network connections.
- Runtime guards block fetch, XHR, WebSocket, EventSource and beacon transmission.
- No login, advertising, analytics or external AI code.
- The service worker caches only the application shell.
- GPS routes were not included in the private import.
RECOVERY
Backup validation
Version 3.1 restores backup formats 1–3. Verification checks structure, checksum and decryption without replacing the current vault or transmitting the file.
APPLICATION

MIGRATIONS

DIAGNOSTICS
Privacy-safe error log
The log stores only time, app version, interface area and generic error type. It excludes health values, record text and passphrases.
SOURCES

STORAGE HEALTH
Local capacity and backup age
RECOVERY TOOLS
Preserve access without exposing records
The raw vault remains encrypted. The technical report contains versions, counts and storage metadata—not health values or notes.
BACKUP ROTATION
Recent labelled backup exports
Use Current, Previous and Archive labels when exporting. Health Atlas cannot verify where Safari ultimately saved a downloaded file.
BUILT-IN GUIDE
Using Health Atlas safely
Open a section for concise instructions. This guide contains no personal health values.
Home and Trends
Home shows selected measurements and numerical changes. Trends display recorded values and transparent calculations. A direction of change is not automatically an improvement or deterioration.
Body Explorer
The 3D model and 2D map are generic anatomical navigators. Linked records do not prove that a result originated from the selected structure.
Records and provenance
Review original values, source status, source-document metadata and private organisational annotations. Correction annotations never replace the imported source value.
Add Data
Enter measurements manually or import a small CSV. Check dates, units and sources before saving. The app cannot validate whether a device measurement is clinically correct.
Training
Record Cardio, Resistance and Other sessions by date. Charts and trends describe consistency and distribution only; they do not prescribe a programme or calculate readiness.
Data updates
Apple Health ZIP or XML updates are scanned locally and previewed before saving. Workouts and GPS routes remain excluded. MyHealth PDF registration stores only fingerprints; structured records require the CSV workflow.
Backups and recovery
Create an encrypted backup after important changes, use the Current/Previous/Archive filename labels and verify files locally. There is no passphrase recovery. Clearing Safari website data can erase the local vault.
Readable summaries
Printing, PDF saving, CSV export and HTML download create readable, unencrypted files. Store or share them only through methods you consider secure.
Medical boundary
Health Atlas is for personal organisation and education. It does not diagnose, predict or treat medical conditions and does not replace qualified professional advice.
LIMITATIONS
Educational use only
The anatomical model is a generic navigator. It is not reconstructed from medical imaging and does not show disease, injury or organ condition. Laboratory ranges and automated ECG classifications are retained as source information, not independent clinical conclusions.
